Independently graded cubic lemniscate bound

../

eligibility/: Separate content-based rulings permit reliance on the cubic grade and discharge the endpoint-cancellation exposure obstacle without supplying a new mathematical grade.

grade: Independent whole-contract pass grade of the frozen cubic lemniscate examination, with exposure, source, coverage, and failed-diagnostic rulings.

reproduction: Exact retained inputs, portable path substitutions, and both observed outcomes of the cubic grading reruns.

review/: The complete cubic bound and equality classification survived adversarial examination, with external-source and arithmetic boundaries and four failed auxiliary diagnostic predicates retained.

The whole-claim report has verdict refutation-failed, and its distinct grade, dated 2026-10-15 UTC, is PASS for all four statement clauses and all eight proof sections. Under the tier law this warrants tier 1. This filing records that existing grade; it adds no new tier judgment.

The reviewer initially imported live runtime code during an identity-only probe. The distinct grader ruled that exposure immaterial after comparing the actual imported content and displayed identities. A later independent eligibility assessment found no demonstrated display of the suspected unrelated-status content to the cubic grader and no material influence from the documented retry-only changes. The recorded operating differences are accepted for this intake; they do not strengthen the mathematical verdict.

The claim still consumes the identified Eremenko–Hayman source interfaces and their explicit Beltrami theorem boundary. Lemma 4 is an external theorem whose supplied proof was only partially verified; the false unnormalized escape sentence is retained as an adverse finding. Neither original-source PDF fidelity nor a kernel proof is claimed.

The reproduction instructions distinguish the full checker, which passes 22 obligations, from the auxiliary diagnostic, which exits 1 with 44 of 48 predicates passing. The four failed endpoint-equality assertions have zero successful-calibration weight; the written signed-rectangle argument supplies the required inequality warrant independently.

Editorial filing replaces the 218-line copyrighted source excerpt with an exact bibliographic locator, adjusts only the related citation and retained-input descriptions, and makes the enclosing review/ paths portable. All executable mathematical inputs and independent derivations remain unchanged. The current claim statement, proof body and checker match the reviewed mathematical subject. No later substantive claim is included. Degree three is the entire scope; Problem 114 in all degrees remains open.

The grade's statement that it "accepts no unconditional general Problem 824 conclusion" names Problem 824, the subject of the endpoint-cancellation grade examined the same day. The cubic claim bears on Problem 114, and the grade accepts no conclusion about Problem 114 beyond degree three.
