Report

The two existing grades are usable on the independence question examined here, for different reasons. The cubic record does not establish receipt of the unrelated review-status content in its delivered launch file. The cancellation record establishes an actual exposure to that content; the content-based examination below finds that exposure immaterial to its substantive grading findings. Neither case requires a replacement grader on this evidence. This assessment awards no mathematical tier and does not repeat or strengthen either mathematical examination.

Grading subjectSeparate eligibility decisionEffect on reliance
Cubic lemniscate examination associated with wiki/theory/polynomials/L144_cubic_lemniscate_length/, all four clauses and eight proof sectionsUsable; the suspected unrelated-status exposure is not demonstrated by the actual displayed recordsIts existing grade remains available within its recorded scope and source limits.
Endpoint-cancellation examination associated with wiki/research/erdos_824_uniformity/, the full P endpoint class and signed applicationUsable; the identified unrelated-status exposure is immaterial under the content testThis resolves the disclosed independence obstacle. It does not rewrite the original acceptance hold into a new whole-contract PASS or authorize the unconditional Problem 824 conclusion.

The examination date is 2026-10-15 UTC. The subjects are the two exact terminal grading records and their supplied historical inputs, displays and continuations, frozen that day. Later text and later reviewer results are outside this ruling. The filing authority must associate each decision with its corresponding adopted grading record under that subject's evidence/verify/ home.

Assignment, independence and method

This was a fresh focused assessment charged to find a disqualifying influence, not to confirm the grades. The assessor, using gpt-6-astra, is distinct from the mathematical authors, both original reviewers and graders, the preparer and the integrator, and did not help construct their work. That role separation is part of the commission and the provenance of this examination. The assessment used only the frozen custody extraction, its separately identified operating rules, and its own work. No live standing lookup, source-checkout substitution, outside communication, inbox inspection or new mathematical execution was performed. No actual excluded exposure of this assessor was identified. Empty subscription observations corroborate channel isolation; they are not offered as proof of unread or nonexistent messages.

The governing rule is docs/verification.md, “Independence and the assignment.” For each case the examination tested whether excluded content supplied something otherwise unavailable to the grade, directed an attack, weakened the refutation charge, or otherwise changed the substantive assessment. Receipt alone is not an automatic disqualification when a distinct eligible assessor finds it immaterial. A clean setting or a subsequent closed channel is not an automatic clearance either.

The original commissions expressly included the report being graded, its keepers, source mathematics, and primary records needed to judge that report's independence. Their favorable conclusions and outgoing delivery notices were therefore authorized subject evidence. The graders still had to examine them adversarially. Unrelated mathematical review-status assertions embedded in an enumerated operating file were not thereby converted into neutral metadata.

The evidence comparison distinguishes a file delivered on disk, a program reading its bytes, a requested print, the text actually returned to the grader, and a later recovery read. The complete final records, rather than their startup captures, were used. The startup captures are exact prefixes containing only 10 and 19 complete lines of the respective main records; the final main records contain 806 and 849 lines. Both initial acknowledgment records and both retry acknowledgment records are also supplied. They contain operating context and an acknowledgment request, without a mathematical task or tool execution.

The keeper reasoning retains the competing explanations and failed attacks on eligibility. The visible unrelated-claim excerpt preserves the exact mathematical/status portion of the consequential display, including its cutoff. These are evidence of what was exposed, not endorsements of those unrelated claims.

Cubic grade

Delivered content and actual display

A historical launch file containing repository check output was supplied to the cubic grader. That makes the file available, but does not establish that its review-status text reached the grader. The first identity parser read its bytes and returned comparisons, lengths and mismatches. A later command reported file sizes, including this file's size. The private preservation helper subsequently copied enumerated inputs and returned aggregate copy results. Inspection of those operations and their outputs establishes byte handling, without a display of the gate's claim-status body.

The full final display record contains no returned claim-status block from that file. A search hit for “Gate battery passed” occurs instead in a displayed string literal in an authorized runtime module: code that would print a success message if its gate function were called. The surrounding source and call establish a source-code read, not a successful gate execution or a prior mathematical verdict. No displayed output or recovery call supplies the hidden claim-status rows. This finding rests on the call routes, helper behavior and actual outputs together, not just the absence of a search term.

The cubic grader also read primary records about the reviewed examination's initial import of live implementation code and its failed diagnostic assertions. Those were explicitly commissioned subjects for grading. The captured delivery and diagnostic messages are the reviewed examiner's own outgoing explanations. A record labeled as an incoming log is a version-history receipt, not an incoming advice channel. A captured message-read receipt shows the preparer reading the examiner's outgoing notice; it does not show the preparer sending mathematical guidance to the grader. These distinctions rule out an inference of contamination based on filenames or command labels.

Subsequent work and ruling

The observable work tests the difference between existence of a maximizer and classification of all equality cases, examines the local source deformation, and distinguishes a successful full checker from four failed optional endpoint calibrations. It retains the adverse translated-cubic witness to a source sentence and the unread external-source boundaries. Those topics are present in the permitted report, derivations, source excerpt and diagnostic records; they are not supplied by the undisplayed launch-status file.

The later record preserves the failed calibration status rather than turning it into a passing certificate. The terminal grade's favorable disposition does not itself prove independence, but its route supplies no missing premise, attack direction or relaxation traceable to the suspected content. The original reviewer's import-exposure ruling is part of the grade being examined; this assessment does not silently replace that mathematical grader's work.

Cubic ruling: usable on this independence question. There is no demonstrated receipt of the suspected excluded review-status text and no other identified excluded substantive input affecting this grade. No fresh grader is required. This is a bounded conclusion about the supplied complete final records, not a claim that all possible unrecorded channels were empty.

Cancellation grade

Exact exposure and boundary

At 19:07:29 UTC, a batch read printed the historical launch file containing repository check output. The recorded return warns of truncation from 40,425 tokens. The actual displayed text contains a prefix of the launch file, including 38 complete claim/dependency rows and the beginning of a 39th. It stops during the E0915 source-path label, at problemakrol_extr, followed by the literal marker …32925 tokens truncated…. The later portion resumes inside the authorized reviewed examination's closing history, not in more gate rows. The command's separately retained raw output is longer than this returned display and cannot be substituted for it when deciding what reached the grader.

The visible block includes statement-reading reports, explicit limits such as proofs read only for structure, several “not stated” entries, and real favorable review-status assertions. In particular, two E0967 entries assert “Proof verified” and an independently reviewed chain. The E0408 entries name results about totient iteration, prime predecessors and a zero-free half-plane. A row for E0874 even includes a numerical hypothesis. This is partly mathematical content and prior-review information, not merely operating metadata.

The unexpected gate fragment contains no verdict about P or the cubic subject, no P proof, and no instruction from an author or commissioner about how to grade P. The entire batch return does contain the reviewed examiner's own favorable P verdict in its later historical portion. That verdict was expressly authorized grading evidence. Thus the original disclosure's statement that no P verdict was visible is accurate only when confined to the unexpected gate fragment; it would be too broad as a description of the entire return. This assessment makes that distinction rather than adopting the disclosure verbatim.

The grader disclosed the incident through its authorized outgoing channel at 19:08:09 UTC. Its next historical read selected operating and closure records without reopening the gate file. The complete later display record shows its own disclosure and continuation repeating the incident, but no recovery of the omitted status rows. The unseen middle is not treated as read. Nor is the unavailable content of any uninspected mailbox presumed empty.

Content test

Report content. The gate fragment does not provide the grade's memory-rank correction, arbitrary-tuple comparison, sparse Mellin Gram estimate, full endpoint quantifiers, signed inverse or normalization. These have direct permitted antecedents in the report being graded and its three keepers. The earlier report also already uses qualified “Proof verified” terminology and states its classical boundaries. Similar status vocabulary in the terminal grade therefore does not have a unique origin in the exposure. The nearby prime-related titles in the gate were considered, rather than dismissed solely because they concern other problem numbers: none supplies a theorem statement or specialization used as a new P premise, and the terminal grade does not cite or rely on them.

The material that demonstrably originates in the exposure is the disclosure, its scope description, and the resulting acceptance hold. Those are necessary responses to the independence rule. They are not imported mathematical warrant. The incident therefore had an acknowledged administrative effect; the ruling does not pretend it had no effect of any kind.

Attack direction. Before the exposure, the grader's retained preparation already targeted dead-pivot equality constraints, low/high rank splitting, concentrated and discarded tuple cells, arbitrary residual alignment, sparse Gram bounds, short intervals, negative times and the signed application. Pre-exposure calls read the source Sections 2–5, all three keepers and the application. Its progress statements specifically discuss the equality-rank correction before the gate display. Immediately afterward it rereads the already selected memory-transfer and ideal-comparison passages. The final weakest-step discussions follow those same mechanisms. The exposed block contains no corresponding proof route or contrary scope instruction.

This timing is corroboration, not a sufficient argument by itself: reading before an exposure does not prevent later influence. The decisive additional comparison is that the post-exposure deductions, premises and counterexample surfaces have identified permitted antecedents, with no new route taken from the unrelated block.

Refutation charge. The final grade keeps the failed absolute single-collision estimate as a genuine dangerous inference, examines the birth-address correction rather than discarding the objection, and retains the arbitrary-test and exceptional-time attacks. It preserves the limits on the original classical proofs, absent historical Section 6, the separate E estimates and proxy discrepancy. It does not infer the unconditional catalog conclusion from P. The positive assertions in the gate are not invoked to excuse a missing deduction or relax those boundaries. Acceptance is expressly withheld pending a distinct exposure ruling. That protective hold is evidence against an acceptance shortcut, although an adverse disposition alone would not establish independence.

Cancellation ruling: the excluded exposure is immaterial to the retained substantive grading findings, and the existing grade is usable on this independence question. No fresh grader is required. Filing this distinct ruling discharges the identified exposure obstacle; all other scope, preservation and acceptance requirements remain those of the original grade.

Retries and configuration

Each case was checked separately. The supplied launch and resumed effective configurations differ only in retry controls: three retries and a five-minute backoff replace unset values. The observed resumed configuration equals that case's terminal configuration. The recorded model, reasoning setting and approval policy remain unchanged. The original native configuration is an intact prefix of the later one, with only the project-trust append, and the startup and terminal native configurations agree.

The repeated commissioned instructions match the original commissioned core. The resume text directs continuation under the same read boundary and supplies no mathematical reconciliation. Readable messages retained at compaction are duplicates of earlier recorded messages. These facts supply no route by which a configuration or retry change introduced substantive guidance. The cubic grader inspected the retry differences; the cancellation grader only detected and reported the identity mismatch. Neither difference is an independence defect by itself. Any remaining operator custody reconciliation is distinct from this content ruling.

Reading depth, limitations and replacement scope

Both original grading commissions and both terminal grades were read in full. All six final records were independently parsed, with all 190 main call/return pairs matched. The examination inspected their read routes, relevant helper behavior, actual consequential displays, public progress statements, retry instructions and later grade content. The complete consequential cancellation return, including both sides of its truncation, was read. The compared portions of the underlying reviewed reports concern independence, selected attack derivations, premises, computational limits and verdict boundaries. This was not a fresh line-by-line mathematical audit of those proofs.

All 1,069 supplied chunks reconstruct 1,044 originals with their stated byte identities. The inventories include 578 and 202 offered grader files, 132 and 50 residual originals, and the supplied launch records and indexes. Many are duplicates, operating material or mathematical support. They were not all semantically read merely because they were verified or copied. The negative display finding is based on the complete final-record interface audit and relevant bodies, not the size of that inventory.

Internal reasoning and compacted continuation payloads are encrypted in these records. They were not decoded, and no claim is made to have inspected hidden reasoning. The causal findings use observable inputs, choices, written derivations and outputs. No missing named message body is necessary to decide the identified exposures on that evidence. This does not establish the contents of channels absent from the supplied record.

No native mathematical premise is consumed by this focused decision, and no dependency-standing reading was authorized or performed. No original program was executed. Independently written standard-library parsers check custody, display boundaries and record relations only. Exact private originals, manifests, locators and rerun instructions accompany the handoff; the keeper and quoted excerpt carry the publishable content reasoning. Complete replay of private operational provenance requires that private custody bundle, not just a public mathematical checkout.

Required replacement scope: none in either case. If later exact evidence establishes a material influence, the appropriate replacement would be a fresh distinct whole-contract grade of the same frozen examination report and its keepers, confined to the original grading scope. It would not be a fresh mathematical authorship task or a whole E824 conclusion audit. For cancellation, its P endpoint class, source Sections 2–5 and signed application would remain the scope; for cubic, the complete four-clause, eight-section examination would remain the scope. No such hypothetical replacement is commissioned by this report.
