Ulam sequence
periodic_tail_certificates: An exact finite certificate for a supplied ultimately periodic Ulam membership set, without an asserted candidate for U(1,2).
The [[research/ulam_sequence/periodic_tail_certificates|periodic-tail certificate]] reduces a supplied eventual-periodicity candidate to finitely many exact recurrence checks. It supplies no candidate for the sequence starting 1,2.
