The review of the deduction retains the fresh-context adversarial check of the project's claim page against the accepted claim on Problem 96: the input from Theorem 1.1 with $d=13$, the deletion, the passage to a polygon, the reading of the Statement and the general form. It does not review Kruer and Kohlmeyer's construction or its Lean proof, which the claim page on Problem 96 accepts, and it confers no numerical tier.
