Claim. The forum account egeozturk announces a preprint titled Closed-form nonexistence certificates for odd covering systems. It claims that a finite distinct odd covering system with moduli greater than one has least common multiple at least 11,486,47511{,}486{,}475. It also claims noncoverage for periods 3a5b7c3^a5^b7^c with arbitrary nonnegative exponents.

Covers. The negative answer to Problem 7 for the stated periods. The announcement leaves 11,486,47511{,}486{,}475 uncertified by its method; it does not claim a covering at that period. A three-prime formula tested on finite examples is explicitly conjectural and is not included in this claim.

Standing. Claimed. The forum post was read on 2026-10-16. The linked ResearchGate page returned HTTP 403, so the preprint was not read and no proof or certificate was checked. The available announcement does not establish a real author name, and authors is empty. No independent review or acceptance is recorded.

Depends on. Nothing in this wiki. The announced exact certificates have not been inspected.

Submission note. The claim was posted to the problem's discussion on 2026-08-18.
